2019 NEON Observing School and Hot Topics conference

The 2019 NEON Observing School will take place in Bulgaria from September 15 to September 29. The first week of the school takes place in Rozhen Observatory, and the second one in Sofia. During the second week of the school we will also have a Hot Topics conference.
